Celebrating 20 Years Together!

http://endlesscanyonsofmymemories.blogspot.com/2009/05/18-years.html

Two years ago I wrote about our 18 years together. And in that short amount a time so many things have happened and changed.

We have had two more grand babies. One cute little boy, Lucas born to Krysia our daughter in Texas. Lucas turned one in March of this year. Krysia is such a good mommy, Lucas is such a happy little boy, and is smiling all the time. Time is moving too fast for me. Andrea had a precious little girl, Sloane, who was adopted by the Williamson Family, who we love so much!

Lee and I got to take a trip to Texas to see our son Christopher and Emily, Krysia and Lucas. It was a fun and long trip for these two old fogies. Christopher and Emily have bought their first home in Texas. Though we are happy for them, I am selfish and sad they don't live next door to me, hahahaha

Tiffany and Kevin moved to Florida, then Tiffany stayed with us for a few months while Kevin was in Missouri finishing up school. Then they were off to Delaware, where they will be for a couple of years. Tiffany and Kevin came for a visit recently and announced that they are expecting their first baby! We are so excited for them and can't wait to go to Delaware to be there for Tiffany when the baby comes. We haven't found out if they are having a boy or a girl, but I am sure they are going to be amazing parents.

Liana, is still going to school and doing very well. We are so proud of her, she is juggling a family with three children, and husband, home and school. She is one amazing woman!

Juanita and Eric bought their first home and are getting settled and creating such a cute little home. They both work so hard, and Juanita is going to school, pursuing her dream of Photography. I am so proud of her and the talent she will one day share with the world. She is one amazing photographer.

Lee and I have moved one more time, I won't say we are done because you never know what will happen next year. We are enjoying all the space we have. We have a wonderful back yard to have family bar-b-ques and just plain fun. I am already planning parties in my head....lol
Lee is still working at Novarad, and working hard always. While I haven't talked much about it, I have been in school myself, working towards my Associates in Paralegal Studies. Something I have always been interested in. I still love photography, and take some time when I can to breathe and relax to enjoy it.

This year though we haven't had much money to do a lot for each other. I got Lee some old books from Ken Sanders Bookstore, that he loves. Lee got me some beautiful red roses and a digital frame, that I haven't even filled to capacity and I already have 200 hundred photos on it, lol...So excited to finish filling that up!

We are so lucky. When I think of all the turmoil going on in the world, I know we are blessed. We have a nice and lovely home. We are mostly healthy and on the road to bettering our health. We have family we love and know they are safe and happy. Our fridge is full of food and our cupboards aren't empty. We have everything we need, but if we didn't have any of that, we have each other.

I am blessed to have a husband who takes his priesthood responsibilities seriously. I am blessed we have the Temples so close for us to travel to when we want or need to. And we are also blessed to have such a nice ward that we have moved to. We are so blessed to have so many family and friends who love and support us. We are blessed beyond measure...

I am grateful we have made it through the years....I love you sweetheart, my life, my love, my best friend.

Sadie and Amber

I have been going through all my many pictures and came across this one. We got Sadie and Amber one Christmas when we lived in Cedar Hills. I miss Sadie. Amber was Juanita's, and I am sure she misses her too.

Awww, they were so cute.

Surprise Hiding in our Garden Plot

Our garden plot where Lee has been putting all the branches from when our tree broke. He got an interesting surprise while adding to the pile today.

Can you see it yet?...No, move on to the next photo.

How about now?

Surprise! We have a clutch of DUCK EGGS! Yep, ducks. We are hoping Lee hasn't scared the Momma away, and if he has, what do we do? Do we take care of them and if so, how do we do that? Do we put a warming blanket on them, or just cover them with the debris from the yard?

And does anyone know if we do get too close will the Momma not come back because our scent is too close? Help, we don't know what to do.

Love that smile.
They know why they are laughing...someone got frisky with the mermaid....
Cute
They love each so much. I am so grateful my girl is happy and that Kevin loves her so much. I am so excited for Tiffany and Kevin to become parents, they are going to be amazing parents.

Tiffany is going to be a mommy!

Tiffany and I probably the day she was born. She was born at home, I should say she was born at her Grandma's pink room. It was an early morning and the huge picture room showed us the morning sun coming up over the mountains...what a day that was. Tiffany, I pray that you have a special and safe delivery. I love you so much.

Her Auntie made her this little dress for Christmas.

Tiffany loves her some dirt....

She loved to swing...and play...

Tiffany in her Easter bonnet.

Tiffany is also sentimental like her mom, to this day she still has this little bunny.

More playing in the dirt...

My daughter my joy…

Tiffany is going to be a mommy. My Tiffany is going to be a mommy.
Tiffany was one of those little girls that loved to play in the dirt and get all messy.
Tiffany was one who climbed out a window at 5 years old and almost broke her ankle.
Tiffany was one who didn’t care what people thought of what she wore.
Tiffany has a tender heart and there are times when she gets hurt easily.
Tiffany loves different music, changes her hair often, and hates to shop.
Tiffany is practical, good with money, wise beyond her years…
Tiffany is one in a million and she is my daughter, preparing to bring her own child into the world.
I love being a mom, and I know that Tiffany has prepared for this moment in her life. Here she is, while Kevin will be deployed she will prepare to grow a baby and make room for that precious little baby to come home. We pray and hope that Kevin will come home safely. We pray and hope that Tiffany won’t be too lonely in Delaware. And we pray that I can make it out for the delivery for the birth of Tiffany and Kevin’s first baby.

I love you my beautiful daughter,
Your mommy
