Our Day

This was our Anniversary day together. We drove up Provo Canyon and just the two of us had a nice barbeque. I bought Lee his favorite cut of meat and he cooked it to perfection, yum, talk about melt in your mouth...
Though we did have some uninvited guests in these little creepy crawlies...Yes they were everywhere, including the tree that we just happened to be sitting under, yikes!
Lee and I still had a nice time just being together. Lee got me that amazing camera, though I have always favored Nikon, this was such a great deal that I couldn't pass it up. It has some amazing features one of them being the vibration reduction is built into the camera versus the v.r. in the lens, which means I can I buy any lens without worrying about v.r. It has 14.2 megapixels, which makes for pretty awesome shots, and it also came with a telephoto lens of up to 200mm, not bad...I think my husband did a pretty amazing job picking out my gift, thanks babe. My gift to Lee doesn't even come close to this amazing, but I know how much he loves history so I got him 1776 by David McCullough, of course he loved it. I also got him a card and included some old photos to it that he loves...boy 18 years sure went fast. Hard to believe that much time has gone by.

Congrats! AND Congrats on getting a camera. We still have ours from 14 years ago. I have wanted a new one for a LOOOOOOONG time but it seems that something always comes up (like bills) and we never get around to it. ONE DAY THOUGH! Sounds like a fun day!
